This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game RISER — Neon Reflex Arcade (“the App,” “we,” “us”), published by ApexX Studio, handles information when you play. RISER does not require you to create an account or sign in, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email, or any other personal details to play.

Information stored on your device

The App saves a small amount of data locally on your device so the game works the way you expect: your high score, your selected character, and your sound (mute) preference. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you uninstall the App.

Information collected by our advertising partner

RISER displays ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following categories of data:

IP address, which may be used to determine your approximate (coarse) location;
Device and account identifiers, including the device’s advertising ID;
App-interaction data (for example, your interactions with ads and the App);
Diagnostic information, such as crash logs and performance data.

This data is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention and security. It is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can reset or delete your device’s advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your Android settings under Settings › Privacy › Ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region where it is required, the App will show a consent prompt before serving personalized ads, and you can withdraw consent at any time. When consent is not given, ad requests do not include the identifiers described above.
You may request deletion of data associated with you by emailing us at the address below, and we will pass valid requests to our ad provider where applicable.

Children

RISER is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.

Data retention and security

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. Data handled by Google AdMob is retained and protected in accordance with Google’s policies. We rely on industry-standard safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, to protect data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
