This Privacy Policy describes how ApexX Studio ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play Money Merge on Android.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Money Merge is designed to work with minimal data collection — you can play the entire game without creating an account or sharing any personal information.

Data We Collect

Here is a complete breakdown of every piece of data Money Merge touches:

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect only for the following purposes:

Saving your game progress — your gems, score, board state, and best tile are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to Firebase if you sign in with Google.
Restoring purchases — RevenueCat helps us verify your "Remove Ads" entitlement when you reinstall the app or switch devices.
Displaying advertisements — Google AdMob serves banner and interstitial ads to users who have not purchased the Remove Ads pack.
Bug fixing and performance — anonymous crash reports from Firebase help us identify and fix problems.
Cloud backup (optional) — if you sign in with Google, your progress is saved to Firestore so you can restore it on any device.

⚠️ Sign-in is completely optional. The game is fully playable without an account. Your progress is always saved locally on your device. Google Sign-in only adds the ability to back up and restore your progress across devices.

Third-Party Services

Money Merge uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices:

In-App Purchases

Money Merge offers optional in-app purchases including gem packs (₹95–₹4,700) and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All billing is handled securely by Google Play. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment information.

Gem packs are consumable — once used, they cannot be refunded or restored. This is standard across all mobile games.
Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase — it can be restored on any device signed into the same Google account using the "Restore Purchases" button in the Store.
For refund requests, please contact Google Play directly through the Play Store app.

        💡 Restore Purchases: If you bought "Remove Ads" and reinstalled the app,
        go to Store → Restore Purchases to get it back for free on the same Google account.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in the following locations:

On your device (AsyncStorage) — gems, game board, settings, mute preferences, and leaderboard are stored locally on your Android device.
Firebase Firestore (cloud) — if you sign in with Google, your progress is synced to Firestore and protected by Firebase security rules. Only your User ID can access your data.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted to Firebase and RevenueCat. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google.

⚠️ Note: No method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure. While we use best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you of any breach as required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Money Merge is rated Everyone on Google Play and is suitable for all ages. However, the app is not directed specifically at children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access — you can view your game data directly in the app (Profile screen shows gems, best score, and best tile).
Deletion — you can request deletion of your cloud data by emailing us at the address below. We will delete your Firestore record within 30 days.
Local data — you can clear all local game data by going to Android Settings → Apps → Money Merge → Clear Data.
Ad personalization — you can opt out of personalized ads by going to Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Sign out — you can sign out of Google at any time from the Profile screen. Your local progress will remain on the device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice or a Play Store update description.

Continued use of Money Merge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
