This Privacy Policy explains how Apexx Studio ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Boing — Rooftop Pogo ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email, or other directly identifying information to play.

Information collected

Collected automatically by our advertising partner. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information from your device, including:

Advertising identifiers (e.g. the Android Advertising ID)
Device information (model, operating system, language, network state)
IP address and approximate, non-precise location derived from it
Ad interaction data (ad views, taps, and similar diagnostics)

Stored only on your device. The App saves your best distance, best combo, and sound settings locally on your device using on-device storage. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.

We, the developer, do not ourselves collect, store, or sell any personally identifiable information about you.

To display advertising, including personalized ads where permitted
To measure ad performance and prevent fraud or abuse
To save your high scores and preferences on your device

Your choices and rights

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Settings > Google > Ads.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region requiring consent, the App will present a consent choice for personalized ads on first launch, which you can change at any time.
Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Information collected for advertising is shared with Google AdMob and processed according to Google's policies linked above. On-device data is retained only on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

Security

We rely on reputable third-party providers (Google) and standard platform protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
